Our website is dedicated to aspiring and professional women tutors and to clients who are interested in hiring tuition services for their wards. This platform from Worksera enables interaction between the freelancer and the client and ensures secure payment transactions for every work undertaken. A high level of transparency and quality deliverables is what the platform abides by and works towards.
Student/Parent Guidelines
As a user who has hired tutor/s from learn.win by Worksera, user is expected to abide by the below terms and conditions to help in the smooth functioning of the services offered by Worksera.

Code of Conduct

No exchange of personal information shall take place between the student and the teacher.

For the exchange of documents and information related to the subjects, no other medium other than the online classroom platform shall be opted.

Worksera attaches great importance to confidentiality. Information acquired during the course of receiving the teaching services should at all-time be treated as highly confidential.

Worksera does not permit users to share the lesson materials/assignment/any resource obtained from the Worksera Teacher on any other platform or to any third person. No recording of the sessions will be allowed; confidentiality of information should be maintained throughout the period of engagement.
Payment
The payment and related terms and conditions hereunder shall be mutually agreed by Worksera and User.
Payment for tuitions

The Worksera coordinators will discuss pricing with user which depends on the class, syllabus, subjects and the number of days per week of tuition that the user asks for. On agreement of the fees by both parties, sessions with the teacher will be initiated.

Payment for the month should be made at the start of each billing month to Worksera. The invoice will be sent by the Worksera coordinator to the user. The payment must be made within a week of receipt of the invoice.

Cancellation and Refund

If a user intends to discontinue the tuitions, Worksera coordinators must be informed of the same at least 1 month prior to the intended time of discontinuation.

Uninformed absence for more than 2 continuous sessions will be considered as discontinuation and payment will NOT be reimbursed for the sessions that have not been attended for the month.

The user can formally discontinue from the service offered by writing to the Worksera coordinator and any amount charged for time period after the notice period ends will be refunded within a week of receiving discontinuation notice.
Classroom Conduct
User shall abide by the hereunder conduct during the course of the online tuitions and while accessing the virtual classroom facility offered by learn.win
Classroom

User must ensure uninterrupted network connectivity and a power backup system for successful online classes. Worksera coordinators can assist the student on guidance to get this but it is solely the responsibility of the user to ensure no online classes face connectivity or power related issues.

Worksera coordinators are authorized to oversee the happenings of the session or join any of the sessions without prior information or notice.
Rescheduling Classes

If the user requires to reschedule the session, Teacher and coordinators must be informed at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

User will be able to reschedule a maximum of only 2 classes in a month.

Ltd and is protected by India copyright and database right laws. Extraction, reutilization, use of data gathering tools on the content of the website are all prohibited. The content delivered by the freelancers to the clients would be used solely for the purpose it is mentioned and not by any third parties.
